This unit requires one of the following remote units for testing RJ45 cables:

IDL62-082 - Remote "B"
IDL62-083 - Remote "C"
IDL62-084 - Remote "D"

The remote units operate the same except that each one will lite up its own letter on the right side of the tester. This allows the user to figure out which wire goes to which room when the wires haven't been labeled in the wiring closet.
